Art Deco Style Novelty Chrome Table Desk Lamp

1920 - 1940
Description

A stylish Art Deco lamp modelled as a Douglas DC3 propeller plane by Sarsaparilla Deco Design. The original designed by Ray A Schober in 1938. Original frosted shade. An early example from Sarsaparilla, as the shade is marked Pat Pending. Later examples the shades are dated accordingly.

In excellent condition; there is a chip to the rim of the shade but this is not noticeable at all when in situ. Fully rewired in period style braided flex and PAT safety tested.
