The main central oval receiver is plain and unembellished, ornamented with applied decoration to the shaped rim.
The central silver centrepiece vessel is fitted with a pair of impressive elevated Art Nouveau style handles with bifurcating upper terminals.

The feature bowl is fitted to the original hallmarked stand, bearing a central oval receiver and four sterling silver arms, each terminating with scrolling receivers.
Each receiver supports an impressive hallmarked sterling silver bon bon basket, bearing identical applied decoration to the feature bowl.

The silver baskets are each fitted with plain and unembellished shaped handpieces.
By virtue of its size, this versatile epergne could be used for a multitude of functions, in addition to forming an imposing table centrepiece.
