Antique Georgian Aquamarine and Topaz Ring

Description: An antique, Georgian, unmarked yellow gold set, five-stone graduating foil-backed oval, mixed-cut half-hoop ring featuring three aquamarines and two outer topaz stones.

Aquamarines: One central aquamarine measures 6.5mm x 5mm (approx. 0.50ct), and two outer aquamarines measure 5.5mm x 4mm (approx. 0.40ct each). Estimated total weight for aquamarines is 1.30ct.

Topaz: The two outer topaz stones measure 5mm x 3mm (approx. 0.25ct each), with an estimated total weight of 0.50ct. Depth of the gems is not measurable.

Total Weight: 2.1 grams

No hallmarks or stamps, circa mid-late 1700’s
