Description

This exquisite long pearl necklace from the 1960s is a truly versatile and luxurious piece. Designed as a single strand sautoir, it measures an impressive 62 inches (157cm) and may be worn as a long elegant rope, doubled, or even tripled for a classic layered look.

The beautiful cultured pearls are of high quality — creamy ivory in tone, evenly matched, and displaying a deep natural lustre. Each pearl measures approximately 9mm and has been recently restrung with secure individual knotting (November 2025).

The necklace fastens with a polished 9ct gold ball clasp, fitted with a concealed hook for security and marked accordingly. Substantial in weight at 160 grams, it drapes gracefully and feels luxurious when worn.
