Pretty Sterling Silver Stopper & Glass Water Wine Jug 1964 Religious

Description

A beautiful English solid sterling silver and glass holy water or wine jug and stopper. It is hallmarked for London 1964 with the maker being A R Mowbray & Co Ltd. It has been superbly designed with the jug being made from glass and the stopper sterling silver. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs, the glass is perfect. The complete piece measures 6.25 inches (15.8cm) tall to the top of the cross by 3 inches (7.6cm) across the body and weighs 264 grams. A nice quality rare example.
