Norwegian silver gilt & enamel winter scenic panel bracelet by H.C. Ostrem of Oslo

 

A beautiful silver gilt & guilloche enamel bracelet comprising of 6 scenic articulated panels and 5 smaller square panels with vibrant blue and white decoration. The combination of crisp white enamel and blue is so pretty and these Scandinavian enamel items are highly collected and in vogue at the moment. Each rectangular panel has a different scene including a sunset, reindeer & a woodland scene. A lovely piece that would be great for a Christmas present.

 

The bracelet bears the marks on the back for the renowned Norwegian jewellery designer H.C. Ostrem of Oslo & 925S for silver c.1950s. The fastening catch on the bracelet is a little stiff put closes well.

 

The bracelet is in super pre-owned condition with no damage to the enamel.

 

Measurements: Length of bracelet: 7 1/2 inches. Weight: 15 grams Period: 1950's.
