Andrew Cox Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The columns are of attractive panelled design and are free from engraving. To the stepped and weighted bases is charming bead decoration, which is delightfully repeated to the sconces, which are removeable and also fully hallmarked.
Whilst being assayed at the London office the candlesticks are made by Reid & Sons, who's workshops were found in Grey Street, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Condition :- Very good, with no dents, splits or repairs. There are some small pin prick marks to both bases, along with some wear to the bead decoration on one of the bases. This is photographed for reference and commensurate with age and use.
Hallmarks :- Clear, matching and readable. Full marks to the sconces.
