Early 20th Century Green Steel Chandelier

1920 - 1940
Description

This is a French steel chandelier with patinated green paint. The construction is a collection of C scrolls to the top going down to the middle section which is decorated with gilt steel leaves, the arms also have steel leaves and candle drip trays. The rose and chain together measure 11 cm. This piece has large bayonet bulb holders. With plastic candle tubes.

Rupert Landen Antiques is a family-run antiques business. Specialising in hand-picked chandeliers, mid-century lighting and period furniture.

We source and lovingly restore unique one-off pieces, using traditional hand finishing techniques.

In our specialist restoration workshop, we put the craftsman at the heart of what we do with care, authenticity and pride.

You can arrange your own transport or collect in person. We ship worldwide and have extensive experience of wrapping carefully so you can shop with confidence! We often deliver for free to mainland UK - please contact us to discuss.

You can also view items at our restoration workshop by appointment only.

Our lighting has all been lovingly restored, tested and earthed but will need to be installed by a qualified electrician. All of our furniture has been through our antique restoration workshop.
