Ever popular afghan rugs these old gold ones as they are called. Although this colour is more dark tangerine but still called generically "old gold afghans"

Made with tough lustrous wool on wool foundations.

Has a kind of central turkmen geometric design.

Lower pile. One bit to side at the end has been rebound has been imaged.

4 foot 9 inches by 2 foot 6 inches. 145cm X 78cm. At widest points. Fringes not measured in size. Wool on wool construction.
