They are clearly hallmarked for London, 1903 and the maker John Round. They also appear to carry the military crows foot so likely had a military history.
They are in good condition for their age. There are some faint surface marks and minor dinks and dents here and there but nothing detrimental. They have been gently cleaned and polished and are ready for use.
