Decorative novelty solid silver miniature tea caddy, circa 1850

800 standard silver made in Germany makers mark S.R under a crown for Simon Rosenau, Bad Kissingen (1861-1943)

French weevil mark for imported objects 800/1000, 1838-1864

Raised panels of winged Bacchae and grapes within sinuos rococo frames.

All in excellent condition with no damage or repair.

Height 2" or 51mm, gross weight 35 grams.
