A handsome small vanity jar made from cut crystal in the ever-popular hobnail design and star cut base.

The lid is made from sterling silver creating a star-shape around the antique tortoiseshell, the silver is hallmarked for London 1908, Edwardian in era.

The shell is inlaid is a pretty silver pique inlay in a circular design resembling a flower's head.

A beautiful and most unusual example, measuring 2 1/4" tall with a lid diameter measuring 2 1/8",
