Magnificent Geo.III silver tea pot; of compressed circular plain form with a silver c-scroll handle. The body is undecorated, apart from a good crest, and has a fine cape surrounding the upper body and lid. Good clear hallmarks to the base and lid, and a healthy substantial weight. This is typical of the period and a worthy piece of John Emes silver.
