Description

A beautiful cased set of six solid sterling silver gilt and enamel forks. They are all hallmarked STERLING DENMARK along with the makers mark of Meka who operated in Holte Denmark from 1951 to 1989, I would date these to c1960s. They have been beautifully designed having different coloured enamelled handles. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs, no chips or cracks to the enamel, tiny bit of the yellow hasn't taken hold see photo. They measure approx. 3.75 inches (9.4cm) long by 0.5 inch (1.4cm) wide and have a combined weight of 54 grams excluding the case. A beautifully made set.
