Catherines Antique Jewellery Box has dated this piece to the 1920s.
The bloodstone orb spins in the claw and is held but 'loose' enough to spin. Very rare and unusual with a good weight to it. The gold is solid and is not hallmarked. The fob measures 3.2cm by 1.6cm including the bale. The delightful Antique fob is in fantastic condition with only light wear in accordance with its age. This item does not come with the chain in the photograph. Chains are sold separately. Weighs 9.2g.
