In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The body is decorated with delicate engraved floral swags with a vacant oval cartouche on both sides.

It is clearly hallmarked for Atkin Bros, Sheffield, 1909 and also marked on the underside for the renowned retailers "Finnigans Manchester". It weighs approximately 837g.
It is in excellent condition for its age. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some faint surface marks, minor signs of age and use and some minor dinks but nothing detrimental. It has been cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
