The surface of this impressive antique silver picture frame is plain and unembellished, with an embossed undulating border.
The frame is surmounted with the applied monogram initials 'CMR' and a coronet, with the additional wreath bordered crowned Roman numerals 'XXXIX' - 39 to the lower portion.

This fine example of antique silverware is fitted with the original impressive oak frame back and hinged strut, securing with a swivel catch to the apex.
The silver photo frame is inset with a removable glass panel.
