Catherines Antique Jewellery Box has dated this piece to the 1900s.
Very simple, elegant and easy to wear, sits well on the body. The chain and the Lapis Lazuli are in excellent condition. The necklace measures 39cm when open - so this is the maximum circumference when worn. This would suit a smaller neck or can be worn with a necklace extender. The spring clasp works well. There is an old stamp for 15ct gold on the bolt ring and has also been tested. probably dating the the late 19th century or early 20th century. Excellent condition. The necklace weighs 8.8g

Photographs are ZOOMED with x5 magnification. SO Please Check Sizes And Weights before purchasing as JEWELLERY IMAGES ARE ENLARGED!! Dark areas are reflections on the gold.
