Description

An awesome vintage teal tourmaline ring. The bright centre stone displays a distinctive and unique teal colour, and is rubover set in yellow gold, with a further two bands of gold in the surround. Two small round brilliant cut diamonds sit at the shoulders, leading to a wide, D-shaped 18k yellow gold shank.

Cut:? Oval cut tourmaline and round brilliant cut diamonds.

Colour:? Teal tourmaline (with F-G colour diamonds).

Clarity:? The tourmaline is loupe-clean. (The diamonds are VS.)

Carat:? The tourmaline is approximately 0.80 carat. Each accent diamond is approximately 0.01 carat.

Condition:? The patina on the gold can be polished away on request.

Circa:? 1960.

Size:? O (UK) or 7 (US). Free sizing available.

Measurements:? The tourmaline is approximately 7 x 5mm. The head of the ring is 14 x 11.8mm and sits 5mm from the finger.

Weight:? 6.06 grams.

Metal:? Stamped '750' indicating 18k gold, and tested with a Niton DXL Precious Metal Analyzer to confirm.
