Catherines Antique Jewellery Box has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
8 x 1.4cm. The stones are set into 9ct rose gold mount with a beautiful knotted border at the top. The gold is hallmarked on the round edge for 9ct gold Birmingham and a rubbed date letter but certainly is approx 100 years old or more. The fob is in good condition with some light wear to the gold in accordance with its age and the stones are in perfect condition without chips or nicks. The fob measures 34mm high, 24mm wide and 9mm deep. Weighs 8.5g.
