Selected, polished, Mediterranean red coral rod section bead necklace, circa 1930s.

Bead diameters 6.8mm - 7.5mm, lengths 10mm - 18mm

Natural bright deep red coral forming a striking flapper length necklace.

Strung on old knotted silk, the double silver marcasite clasp probably originally strung as two strands.

Like this it can be worn single double or triple strand.

In excellent condition to wear or collect.

Length 61" or 155cm, weight 137 grams.
