Antique Silver Fox Menu Place Card Holder

1920 - 1940
Description

A good quality solid silver menu holder in the form of a fox. It stands on a heavy round base with a circular disc behind the fox.

It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, 1933 and the maker Collingwood & Co. It weighs approximately 46g.

It is in good condition. There are some minor signs of age and use, some faint surface marks and a couple of small dinks around the base but nothing detrimental. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.

Approximate Measurements :

Height : 1 1/4" (3.5cm)

Base Diameter : 1 1/2" (4cm)
