In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1920s.
It comes with its original ground glass stopper which is particularly long so it could be used for applying the perfume as well.

It is clearly hallmarked on the top and collar for London, 1920, Charles & Richard Comyns.
It is in very good condition for its age. The silver top is in excellent condition and the hinge is strong. There are no cracks or major damages to the glass or stopper and overall it displays beautifully.
The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
