A beautiful English solid sterling silver candle or taperstick holder. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1957 with the maker being Joseph Gloster Ltd. It has been beautifully designed and is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 5.25 inches (13.4cm) across the base by 3 inches (7.6cm) tall and weighs 68 grams. It holds thin candles with a diameter of approx. 1.5cms. A very well designed piece.
