The largest sapphire measuring 4mm x 4mm and the two outer sapphires of 3mm x 3mm. There are two small old cut diamonds bright and sparkly measuring 2.5mm x 2.5mm and total of 15 points all well set in a claw setting with decoration to the shoulders and sides. Excellent quality ring with a stamp for 18ct on the band and no date letter and the makers stamp B.B.J probably dating to the Victorian era. This ring has a good weight to it, a strong band is very wearable. When viewed through x10 magnification there is a chip to one of the diamonds and light abrasion to the stones in accordance with age, neither of which can be seen with the eye and which have been reflected in the price.
