This splendidly attractive super king-sized Edwardian bed has lovely detail in the decorative castings and clamps. The foot end has two attractive upstands which look particularly attractive, these again have great detail and are very pretty. Very nice brass finials and rails have been buffed to a lovely shine, which we think really compliments the colours of the bed. This bed has a specialist hand painted finish, using Little Greene�s Olive and Boxington colours, with a very subtle dark wax to preserve and give a soft sheen. Professionally restored to be sturdy and practical, the frame has been shot blasted, primed, hand painted and waxed. The side rails have been strengthened and adapted to support wood slats or a bed base.
