Large Victorian Silver & Glass Inkwell by John Grinsell & Sons

Description

A large Victorian silver topped glass inkwell by much sought after makers, John Grinsell

& Sons. The substantial hexagonal smoked glass base with star cut base is mounted with a silver mount and hinged lid. Fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1895.

In excellent condition, the silver having been professionally polished. The glass with just a few small flea bites as to be expected.
