Description

A beautiful rare good sized German solid silver table box. It is hallmarked with the German crescent moon & crown marks along with the makers mark of Simon Rosenau who was active early 20th century. It has been superbly designed being cast with a classical scene of ancient Greece or Rome. It is in super condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs, the inside is clean and gilded. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.4cm) across by 2.25 inches (6cm) wide by 1.25 inches (3.2cm) tall and weighs 90 grams. A very well made beautiful piece.
