Rare 182g Stunning Sterling Silver Enamel Table Jewellery Box 1927 Antique

Description

A stunningly beautiful rare English import solid sterling silver and enamel table box. It is hallmarked with import marks for London 1927 with the importers mark being difficult to decipher. It has been beautifully made having a hand painted country scene, the sides and base have been engine turned. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repairs. The enamel is complete and free from chips repairs and cracks. It measures approx. 4 inches (10.5cm) long by 3 inches (7.6cm) wide by 0.75 inch (2cm) tall and weighs 184 grams. A beautifully designed rare piece - about as good as it gets.
