George the third mahogany cabriole legged, ribbon-back two chair settee. This piece is of top quality with no repairs and therefore a rare piece. The carving is very fine. It is similar to the chairs found in Chippendale''s Director and dates from that period. . Recently re- upholstered using the original horse hair etc. circa 1760
