Description

A very handsome pair of late Victorian or early Edwardian sterling silver napkin ring, pierced or reticulated all around with each having a vacant shield-shaped cartouche to the front, perfect for engraving by your silversmith should you desire.

Each bears a hallmark for Birmingham 1901 together with the maker's initials W.A. for the renowned silversmith, William Aitken.

The pair come in their original presentation box lined in blue silk and velvet, the rings and box are in superb condition. Each ring measures 2" in diameter and 1" thick, the pair weighing a combined 28.7 grams or 0.92 Troy Ounces.
