This is a beautiful example of a French ladies time piece.
The rich cobalt enamel covers the silver gilt body. Which is marked “argent d’ore” inside the back cover
The mechanics and hands of the watch are all intact, however the watch is not working.
The outer case rim has a few chips ( photographed) where someone has possible been a little too forceful when removing the cover! ( which is not difficult to remove!)
The overall diameter of the watch is approximately one inch.
