Description

Charming Edwardian sterling silver and glass potpourri swing handle basket,

hallmarked London 1904, makers mark WC for William Comyns.

The silver mount with gadroon edged raised openwork lids strewn with roses daisy's and vines

original rope twist swing handle with applied foliate decoration.

The curved oblong glass body cut and polished in the 'Rock Crystal' style with classical scrolling foliate decoration.

Length 5,1/2" or 140mm, weight 332 grams

All in excellent condition
