Rare Solid Sterling Silver Harlequin Sugar Tongs Nips 1900 Antique Chester

Description

Very rare English antique solid sterling silver sugar tongs / nips. They are hallmarked with the import mark for Chetser 1900 with the importer being B Muller & Son (Berthold Muller). They have been superbly designed being cast in the form of a harlequin. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They have a nice tight smooth action. They measure approx. 4.75 inches (12cm) long by over 2 inches (5.4cm) wide at the handles and weigh 52 grams. Superbly made very high quality rare examples.
