In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1910s.
It is beautifully decorated with engraved leaves and cartouche with initials FHJ.
The rim and top are both clearly hallmarked for Rolason Bros, Birmingham, 1910 and it weighs approximately 45g.
It is in very good condition for its age. There are some small dinks and minor surface marks and general signs of age and use but no major damages and it displays well. It has been lightly cleaned and polished and is ready for use.
