Description

A rare and very beautiful large solid sterling silver Norwegian bowl or dish. It is hallmarked DAVID ANDERSEN NORWAY STERLING 925S. I would date it to c1930/1940. It has been beautifully made being in the form of a Viking boat. It is in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. It is measures approx. 10.25 inches (26cm) long by 3 inches (7.6cm) wide by over 3.5 inches (9.3cm) tall and weighs 168 grams. A rare very nicely made piece.
