Description

High quality English Art Nouveau antique solid sterling silver asparagus, vegetable, or sandwich serving tongs. They are hallmarked for Sheffield 1903 with the maker being Levesley Brothers (Thomas Levesley). They are highly sprung and in good working order. They are in superb condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They measure approx. 9.25 inches (23cm) long by 1.5 inches (3.6cm) wide by over 2 inches 5.3cm) across the grips and weigh an impressive 152 grams. Super quality examples.
