Blue Silver and Enamel Clip Earrings by Norwegian Designer Albert Scharning

Gorgeous deep blue enamel and sterling silver ear clips by Albert Scharning of Norway. These stylish vintage earrings are in a modernist freeform shape that curls around at the top and finishes with an angled point at the bottom. A very striking design, with both the silver and the cobalt blue enamel catching the light.

 

Each ear clip is marked to the reverse with the makers mark for Albert Scharning, Norway, Sterling 925s. Albert Scharning produced his pieces in Oslo and died in the 1950's.

 

Great for a collector of Norwegian jewellery. These ear clips are in super vintage condition.

Period: Mid twentieth century.
