9ct Yellow Gold Bloodstone Set Signet Ring Size L

1940 - 1960
Description

9ct gold bloodstone set signet ring - Size L. This classic style ring features an oblong bloodstone with rounded edges set in a smoothly rounded setting. The bloodstone is shot through with flecks of red, and is a deep greenish brown.

 

Hallmarked to the inside of the band as 9ct gold, Birmingham with makers mark C G & S for Charles Green and Son.

Period: c.1960s

In good vintage condition though there are some fine scratches to the surface of the bloodstone.

 

Measurements: Ring size L Stone size: 1.2 x 1 cm Depth of setting 3mm Width of band at base: 3mm Weight: 4.94 grams.

Weights and measurements are approximate.
