The bloodstone is shot through with flecks of red, and is a deep greenish brown.

Hallmarked to the inside of the band as 9ct gold, Birmingham with makers mark C G & S for Charles Green and Son.

In good vintage condition though there are some fine scratches to the surface of the bloodstone.
