A masterpiece of an antique Ushak carpet from Western Anatolia has just arrived with a fabulous large scale design geometric design and bold palette. Woven around 1890-1900 the dye palette is rich red and green with pale blues, and subtle yellows, it has faded over the last 100 years to produce a really attractive decorative carpet. From a private collection, it has resided at for over the last 30 years, a rare large narrow size to come to market.
