A set of four Victorian silver spoons in solid silver, simply styled and each bearing an engraved initial letter ''m''. Hallmarked as sterling silver by the London Assay Office, 1848 with the makers mark for Elizabeth Eaton, the Lady Silversmith ( an important pioneer in silversmith history).
These fine spoons will be of particular interest to collectors of silver by early female silversmiths.
Condition: in good antique condition, with just some light tarnish spots to some of the bowls.
Measurements: Length 4.5 cm Bowl length and width 4.8 x 2.8 cm. Weight for the set: 108 grams
