In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1930s.
There are two small bells attached and it has a short mother of pearl handle.
It is fully hallmarked for Glasgow, 1929 and the maker W H Collins & Co.
It is in good condition with clear hallmarks. There are no major damages and it displays beautifully. There are some minor surface marks and small knocks and some wear on the teething ring but nothing detrimental or untoward.
