A Gorgeous Boxed Silver Christening Set

An excellent gift idea for a Christening. This is a late Victorian boxed two piece set, in hallmarked silver. The fork and spoon are in the Queen Ann revival style. The handles have dog nose terminals and the spoon has a rat-tail back. The spoon was made by the great Francis Higgins and the fork by Godsmiths & Silversmith Co. - both renowned for high quality silver items in the 19th and early 20th Century . They are presented in a delightful shaped and fitted box, with a plush and satin lining. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no holes, splits or dents. The box is showing some age related wear and tear.
