An antique silver plated folding biscuit box or biscuit warmer. The stand is modelled as twigs that support two large shell shaped dishes. These dishes drop down to reveal fine pierced grills that either lay flat or raise and drop down vertically. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Fenton Brothers stamped underneath together with Stanforths Patent. This has been resilvered.
