Rare English Import Solid Sterling Silver Venus De Medici Wax Seal 1913 56g

Description

A beautiful rare solid sterling silver desk wax seal. It is hallmarked with English import marks for London 1913 Berthold Hermann Muller. It has been beautifully cast in the form of the Venus De Medici, Aphrodite the Goddess of Love. The base of the seal has not been engraved. It is in super condition being free from dings splits and repairs. It measures approx. 3.25 inches (8.3cm) tall by 1 inch (2.6cm) across the end and weighs 56 grams. A beautifully made rare piece.
