Vivid Silver & Light Blue Enamel Butterfly Brooch by Norwegian Designer Ivar Holth

A gorgeous silver butterfly brooch with beautiful light mid blue enamelled wings which truly shimmer. The wings curve beautifully to add some depth to the brooch and the body of ridged silver. On the back is marked 925S Sterling Norway, with the makers mark for Norwegian jewellery designer Ivar Holth.

 

A lovely collectible vintage butterfly brooch for those who appreciate the craftsmanship of Scandinavian enamel jewellery.

Period: Mid 20th century

 

Condition: In very good pre-owned condition, with only very light scratching to the enamel and a good fastening pin on the back, which works perfectly.

 

Measurements: Height: 2.2 cm Width: 4 cm Weight 6.37 grams
