Norwegian Silver & Yellow Enamel Lily Brooch by Albert Scharning

A stunning vintage silver and guilloche enamel brooch. This fabulous brooch is styled in the shape of a lily and is coloured with the most vibrant creamy yellow guilloche enamel with a warm silver gilt finish to the edges and reverse.

 

The designers mark for Albert Scharning is marked on the reverse along with 'Norway Sterling 925s'. Scharning produced his pieces in Oslo and his son Per took over the business when Albert died in the 1950's. The company closed in the 1980's.

 

Great for a collector of Norwegian jewellery. A very unusual brooch and in great condition with a good fastening pin.
