Description

A beautiful rare Georgian solid sterling silver pap boat. It is hallmarked for London 1758 with the makers marks being that of Thomas Whipham and Charles Wright. It has been superbly made and would have been used to feed invalids or babies. It is in superb condition, having no dings splits or repairs, no engravings or erasures. It measures approx. 5 inches (12.6cm) by 3 inches (7.4cms) and weighs 74 grams. A beautifully clean rare early example.
