These are a flower subject, the gold region being the flower head with a waterfall of stunning Rubies and Diamonds acting as the stamen

Hallmark as above, likely French in origin, white metal not tested but considered most likely Platinum.
MEASUREMENTS
Total drop length from top of the flower head; 42mm, the earrings posts sit some 4mm from the top so there will be nice coverage on the lobe

Earring width; 18mm at its widest
Diamonds; 1-2mm and larger old eight cut diamond 2-2.5mm within the articulated strands
Total carat weight in situ (spread) 1.50ct
Each ruby measures 2-3mm of which all are just stunning colour!
